Australasian Property Developments (APD) is an Adelaide based development and construction organisation servicing the local real estate market with over 35 years of building experience.
APD was established in 2004 by Pep Rocca, who had previous experience in the accounting industry being one of the founding partners of RCR Partners, during this time Pep also focused on private property acquisitions and developments. APD gave Pep the opportunity to combine these skills along with his family’s construction history and interest in property development to provide a one stop solution within the development space.
APD is an exceptionally innovative and progressive company involved with all facets of the market, including industrial, commercial and retail developments, together with mixed use developments. With extensive experience and knowledge of the local real estate industry, APD understand the needs of their customers with the design and implementation of tenant’s specific requirements being a key factor in the success of their business model.

The provision of total fit-out packages is another component of services offered to clients to afford a seamless transition to new premises. APD maintain the capacity to accommodate the complete design and implementation of internal fit-out works incorporating the supply of partitioning, workstations, business furniture, joinery, communications systems etc, which contribute to the ease and simplicity of tenancy hand over and substantially reduces the complexities of relocation.

The APD team are currently focussed on completing the upgrade and full refurbishment of the ex-Citi Centre site on the corner of Pulteney Street and Rundle Mall Adelaide, the Coles Norwood redevelopment, the Prospect development and the Coca Cola re-bottling plant redevelopment.
To date APD has managed projects in excess of $280 million.
