Pep Rocca – Managing Director
Pep provides years of Accounting and Property knowledge and experience.
As the founding partner of RCR Partners, establishing the firm in 1995 he continues as an adviser to many of the accounting firm’s original clients. The upgrade and complete refurbishment of the ex-Citi Centre site on the corner of Pulteney Street and Rundle Mall Adelaide, the Coles Norwood redevelopment and the Coca Cola re-bottling plant redevelopment, are three of the more recent APD projects.
Matt Willis – Leasing & Transactions Manager
Matt fulfills the role of Leasing & Transactions Manager and contributes years of industry experience & knowledge. Matt’s main career focus has been across office & retail leasing transactions for two of the largest commercial real estate services and investment firms internationally. Previous to joining our team, Matt enjoyed a national leasing role with one of Australia’s largest private retailers and their investment portfolio.
Rick Capaldo – Construction Director
Rick contributes over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry. Rick has managed a variety of medium to large scale commercial projects ranging from $10million – $150million in value across a number of sectors, including – retail, health, defence and industrial.
Rick’s role as Construction Director is to manage all facets of the business, extending across both the commercial and residential construction arms. Rick is also responsible for the development and constructions arms of the business, consisting of APD, Rocca Property Group and F&E Rocca Builders & Contractors.
Dom – Contracts Administrator
Dom provides 10 years collectively in the retail & building industries and is the APD client, subcontractor and supplier liaison. Dom also provides support to the Construction Managers ensuring the end result is completed to the highest standard.
Frank – Senior Construction Manager
Frank contributes over 30 years experience in the building & construction industry.
