A classic 9,000sqm A Grade building undergoing an internal transformation and repositioning including a refurbishment of the ground level building foyer and entrance and provision of end of trip facilities. AMP (Super Concepts) were secured to a long term lease over level 1 and level 2 taking up 1800 sqm. State Government were re committed to the building and taking up additional space resulting in a 3000sqm lease.
